The Third Place started with a simple question:

What happens when community is designed with intention

In a world where so many spaces are built just for transactions, we wanted to create something different — a place where people can gather, connect, and create meaningful moments together.

The Third Place is more than just a venue. It’s a space where ideas are shared across tables, where weddings and celebrations unfold, and where music, conversation, strategy, and creativity can all exist under the same roof.

Located in East Waco, The Third Place grew out of the same spirit that shaped Thrst Coffee. What began as a coffee shop became a place where people met, talked, collaborated, and built relationships. The Third Place extends that same energy — offering more room for those moments to grow.

This vision also connects with the mission behind Seen, our nonprofit initiative focused on visibility, creative expression, and economic opportunity for artists and community builders.

We believe the old way of doing things often extracts value from communities.

The new way — the new game — is about building spaces where value circulates, where culture is respected, and where people feel they belong.
